Chiefs Veterans to Play for Team Manitoba

 

Two Chiefs forwards will be joining Team Manitoba for the U18 National tournament this November in Regina, Sask.  Captain Tatum Amy and Assistant Captain Cass Lyttle were named to the final roster to compete in the tournament that will feature the best midget age players in the country.

Chiefs Rookie Mazur Named MFMHL Player of the Week

 

     The Chiefs are proud to announce that first year Chief McKiya Mazur has been selected as the MFMHL player of the week ending October 2nd.  Mazur, who hails from Angusville, scored three goals and added an assist in the Chiefs opening weekend sweep of the Norman Wild.  Overall this season, the speedy winger has 6 goals and 3 assists playing with veteran Chiefs Karli Frederick and Morgan Ramsay on a line that has given opponents fits with their speed.
